Day One

i drank heavily yesterday to ease my frightened mind of the promise i made to cut off from alcohol for 30 days. A bit blah on the tongue, a fog of uncertainty follows me from rising.

I thought having a strict routine to follow (i have planned out my days to the hour, well not quite the minute, but definitely the hour) would help but i also need a basic mantra, a basic tick off if and when it gets too much.

NOalcohol NOspending, at the very least 30 days of none of either of these would make a difference to my life.
